More about Bridget

Make ahead snacks
The next time you eat chicken, make extra, chop it and make Italian wraps using chicken, mozzarella cheese and RaguĀ® All Natural. Freeze them in microwave safe wrap or containers. Pop them in the microwave for a minute or two and you've got a great snack for the car.
Smoothies
On a warm day, nothing beats a cool shake. Using your kid's favorite fruits, combine 1 cup of frozen fruit and 1 cup of vanilla yogurt. Boost the nutrition even more by adding a teaspoon of two of ground flax seed and a teaspoon or two of powdered milk.
